new pats posted - 20071002 (maintenance pats release)
23582 patterns, 10295 right anchor strings, 29673 test IPs.
Most of the unmatched DNSBL lookup candidates from the past week, plus a
whole slew of various contribs. More to come from this batch.
PLEASE NOTE: the patterns_xwalk file format has changed to include the
tech attribute from the XML database files; this is to allow separation
of "assignment type/duration" from more specific knowledge about the
type of technology in use (such as dsl, dialup, cable, etc.)
