new pats posted - 20100419 (maintenance pats release)
51700 patterns, 11594 right anchor strings, 208271 test IPs.
Some more contribs and updates from a new feed, and a few from a new
data set. There were a few minor updates since 20100416-01. This release
also includes some QA on generic/unknown patterns, more to come.
