new pats posted - 20100422 (maintenance pats release)
51870 patterns, 11597 right anchor strings, 208687 test IPs.
Some more contribs and updates from a new feed, and a few from a new
data set. There were a few minor updates since 20100419. This release
also includes some QA on generic/unknown patterns, more to come.
